  It is recommended to steam 2 to 3 times per month, always during weeks in which you are not menstruating. 

KEEP IN A DRY AND ROOM TEMPERATURE PLACE.

Directions: Boil 6 cups of water.  Add 4 and one half TBSP of herbs to water.  Reduced heat to low and allow to steep for 10 minutes.  When steam is at a comfortable temperature, place water into a steam seat and attach seat to your toilet.  Wrap a towel around your waist to keep heat and steam in desired area.  Proceed to steam for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
