Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. NOT because you ordered the wrong product. If you receive a damage item, within 24-72 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing label or order number for proof of purchase to who.chikoochielab@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the email, we will contact you with detailed instructions on the process we will take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of all our products , we can not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective . We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY minus shipping fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please note:
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes missing and damaged items. You must upload a picture of the missing or damaged item(s) received, label on package, along with an email addressing the issue you are seeking to resolve to our email address. If there is a chargeback of any sort or a fraudulent activity filed against WhoChi Koochie Lab from said customer, customer will be banned from purchasing again.
Filing a chargeback and/or fraudulent activity on any type of order including pick up and shipping, when you know you have received order, also agreed to terms, conditions and policies in place, can and will result in charges being filed against said customer.
