Q. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-10 BUSINESS days NOT including weekends & orders aren’t sent out on Holidays or on weekends. (10-15 BUSINESS days during high volume times meaning if you placed an order on a SALE)  if this is a issue please DO NOT ORDER. Once order is Shipped that’s when you will receive tracking number. if you didn’t receive tracking that means order has not not shipped. Please check spam folder and/or search inbox (We are taking extra precautions with Covid) Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration 


Q.Was my order received?

Once you have placed an order on www.whochikoochielab.com you will receive a confirmation email with an order # stating your order has been received. IF not, email you entered may have been entered incorrectly at checkout and unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about a wrong email. Look above and please get familiar with our shipping process & times & understand ALL orders are shipped out before that shipping time ends. AGAIN if you have entered the wrong email next time please double check your information for we are unable to update change or remove email addresses. If you are wanting to confirm your order you can also do so by checking your bank records.


Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

We are sorry to inform that EVERY purchase is a final sale & We DO NOT have authorization to cancel orders under any circumstances.


Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

NO EXCHANGES. ONLY returns are acceptable for any damaged product ONLY. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at customerservice@whochikoochielab.com, with a picture of damaged items & picture of label for proof of purchase within 72 hours of receiving the damaged products no exceptions.


Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We suggest getting a P.O Box to prevent that. YOU would also need to file a claim with your local post office or call usps for further assistance on this matter. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm


Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?

We are sorry to inform that, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted but if you notice it same day you place & BEFORE your order is shipped a $5 Address change fee is needed to go into system & manually correct. Doesn’t matter if you forgot ex apt # or one letter it’s ALL apart of your address. If not order will go to address you listed and if returned you will be refunded your total amount minus the shipping cost within 30 days.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to us the sender, you can pay $5 ReShip Fee to reship your returned order. If not, we will will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost if we can’t resend.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.


Q. My order was returned due to wrong address or for a unknown reason 

For returned items it’s $5 to reship order to you or you will be refunded within 30 days minus shipping fee.


Q. I received the wrong order or missing item what do I do?

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented in a picture for ALL discrepancies. This includes missing, wrong and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the label on package, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to customerservice@whochikoochielab.com or hit contact at bottom of website. 
The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q. Can I add to my order? 

Unfortunately there is not a way to add to an existing order once you have checked out and paid. You will need to place a new order.

Filing a chargeback and/or fraudulent activity on any type of order including pick up and shipping, when you know you have received order, also agreed to terms, conditions and policies in place, can and will result in charges being filed against said customer. 

Q. I accidentally chose pick up instead of for my items to be shipped, what do I do? 

If you have selected to have your items picked up instead of shipped and need to correct this error, please email us at customerservice@whochikoochielab.com. It is not our responsibility to reach out to you. If you desired to have your items shipped you will need to send $7 via an invoice, cash app, or PayPal. If you decide not to have your items shipped to you after placing your order, you can request a return in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue any refunds for negligence on behalf of the customer. Please be sure to double check when checking out to ensure you choose the correct method for you.
